I founded Elite Tech in 2014 because the IT firms I had worked at were optimised for billable hours rather than working software. We remain independent and founder-led, and we intend to keep it that way.

I work between the senior team and our clients: writing code, leading architecture reviews and staying on call with clients after launch. The second phone on my desk is the one clients call when something critical is at stake.
