I started Elite Tech in 2014 because the IT shops I'd worked at before were optimised for billable hours rather than working software. We're still independent, still founder-led, and we plan to keep it that way.
I sit between the senior team and the clients — writing code, leading architecture reviews, sitting on-call with clients after launch. The second phone I answer is always the one a client calls when something's on fire.
