We're a small company. No SDRs, no CRM, no third parties we forward leads to. So this document is shorter and more direct than at most companies.

Who is the data controller

The data controller is Elite Tech s.r.o., registered in Bratislava, Slovakia. For any privacy-related question write to info@elitetech.sk — the founder answers, within one working day.

What data we collect

Data you send us through the contact form or email: name, work email, company, role, project description.
Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) from page views.
Optionally, cookieless analytics through Plausible or similar, when enabled.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and keep the follow-up conversation going.
To deliver the contract, if we decide to work together.
To keep the site secure and defend against abuse (legitimate interest).
To understand which pages people read (legitimate interest, aggregated).

Legal basis

We process data on the basis of your consent (contact form), contractual necessity (client engagements), or our legitimate interest (security, aggregated analytics). No selling, no remarketing.

Who we share data with

Nobody we wouldn't list. For invoicing the data may pass through our accountant. For infrastructure we use Vercel (hosting) and Google Workspace (mail). We never share data outside the EU without your explicit consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that didn't turn into engagements: held for at most 12 months, then deleted. Client data: kept for the contract duration plus the statutory period for accounting records (10 years). Server logs rotate after 30 days.
